I was playing EW3 for months now without problems. 2 weeks ago I lost my account, all my characters went to Lvl. 1. I changed nothing with my configuration, no new hardware, no OS updates. Just over night my success has gone.
My ticket to G.L.U form 08.07.2014 is still not answered. What the hell is going on with the admins? Your automated answer is not satisfactory, believe me.

btw, I am stuck when downloading endless tower content since last update.
