1 month completed but still no transfer and no new update from gluandroidsupport
this is last mail i received from glu support

my problem
the game suddenly crash when i am doing chating in town when i reopen the
game its show my name uuuuhuuuuu and level also dropped plz give me my real
account back (pavitshokeen user name account)
plz fix this i want my pavitshokeen account not uuuuhuuuuu account.

    pavit, you are a nag. I lost my acc nearly six weeks ago, too.
    Believe me, it will not help to spam the whole forum with your problem.
    Send tickets to the support and take patience my friend.
