Mage resets to level 1!!!

Anyone had this happen???? Mage resets to level 1. Have to have a another toon go through Ivar mountains again to activate mage again. She goes through first level of EW3, she has all her stats and weapons and armor in that first level. Then when finished, she goes back in to screen to change armor and screen says fit the armor and freezes. I have 600+ god of crafting to use **** it!! Glu you managed to **** up the game again. Think this is the last draw!!
