So now after a year of playing and with a gs of 13324 , mage is lvl1 again like wdf is that and what shall i do

Today it happened with my Mage also. Reached to level 1 i killed Hellboy with warrior and it opened my mage but when I tried to play with mage it took me to tutorial and I still have all the gear on my mage but it ask me to go to inventory as a part of tutorial and there I freeze and I have to force restart the game. This sucks. Everytime Glu try to update and fails. What a looser...

Same to my mage it's going back to lvl 1 but it appears lvl 24.i can't use it rigth now.its going to tutorial going to inventory but I can open it... Pls..fix ASAP ...glu
