What is wrong?

Lately a lot of us have been getting a reset on our MAGE ACCOUNTS, not only that some have been getting ALL ACCOUNTS RESETED!?!? Ever since this update came and linking it to "Game Center" this mess started happening. Yes, proper process needs to be done, submit a ticket so it will be dealt accordingly, the thing is it will take at least 2 weeks before we get a response, especially if its character reset. This is really such a nuisance on our side. One good example, one of our clan member had his mage character reset to lvl 1, took 2 weeks and the account was restored, sadly the same thing happened again after 2 days, meaning he has to wait for another 2 weeks to have his account back again. So, any ideas why has this been happening!?!?

More & more everyday having this problem. I bet is fom Game Center .... If have all 3 toons level 50, appears incomplete level 10, 20....so on.... This means there is like beginning of game. Why mage was only?/or just most affected...beats me! GLUteam should know!
Problem is that in this case, tournaments are Not FAIR...personal or guild...

WHY Guild Leaders, especially from top don't Agree a NON COMBAT tournament, with No Gold Rune or Gems spended?
They will SEE decreasing income & maybe hear us. More than that...what is a contest when is not Fair?
