I've been getting this message for 2 months but for the last 2 days I can't even log on. With all the updates and patches you would think that this problem would be fixed. Thanks glu for the compensation gifts last week although im not the only one unable to log on and
this problem is still unresolved, also the cheaters are still present and chat with public and guild still messed up, I would love to pay for the extras but until this issue is resolved once and for all I will not waste my time and money on EW3.

Yeah it sucks. I can log in, but my problem is, my game keeps crashing, esp when I open my friends list. And chat, like u said, is still messed up. Hopefully they do a maintenance soon and fix these problems.

I still can't get past the rolling network error retry either.

These forums are slow as molasses, BTW.
