The "Accessing Network" isn't us its them!

So having to deal with this annoying "accessing network" has almost made me follow down the path of many ew3 players and just hit the uninstall button and move on to another one of the millions of fun action RPGs, for instance infinity blade 
, but...
I made a recent discovery... the accessing network seems to randomly derive from some unknown source, walking around in town prompts the error, after defeating a boss, after five tower stages, never in between or mid level, this is because when the game communicates with the host server the connection is lost and we are stuck with an error... now this can happen for many reasons from the handshaking failing to their servers literally being on the fritz, bottom line, its not us guys..
The confirmation that broke the camels back was waking up this morning to the game working fine the previous night to "accessing network ---> network error, retry" clearly bad communication to their server as I've ping tested myself with amazing results.
