All heroes goes down to 1lvl EW3
All heroes goes down to 1lvl EW3. Has account on EW3 monk 50 lvl and warrior 50 lvl and mag (elf) 50 lvl. After update all heroes down to 1 lvl. When entered I see that monk is in legendary mode, all dangeons are opened but when I try to enter to some dangeon see such massage 1. Unknown error, Network error, 20003 Unknown error. Reinstall 5 times and nothing changed. And i have 781 gems.
