EW3 corrupted data

HI everyone,
I get a "Your data is corrupted , contact Glu support" message every time I try to start the game. From 02/09/2015 to today the problem is still here.... 7 mail to glu support and no answer .... Is this a support ????
I'll never pay a cent if this is what they called "support" ...
I've tried everything, backup, install & reinstall , restore to another device .... nothing seems to work... Anyone can help me? Because Glu seems unable to solve it ... and they are afraid to answer me ...any type of answer!!!
My nickname in game is Rastan76, I'm playing on ipad air 2 IOS 8.1.2
