Account Lost for android os so what should do for very first step ?

i been trying play on android os and is since run smooth and expected went pass update version are begin it said my account my account was corrupted please contact administrator to solve my problem i think in android os the game coding build was recognized the phone serial path and not the likely with iOS run by email account this is bad worst to responding on system within iOS and Android i prefer iOS is the best then stupid Android even no root on android phone.
people who use android will be disaster facing exactly the same problem like i did
