Hello GLU admins. I come to ask that you draw attention to my ticket in-game for character restoration. I recently reinstalled the game after having uninstalled it for a bit and as expected my character progress was gone.
I submitted a ticket as I expected to do and as of right now it's been 10 days of waiting. I was patient and waited the stated 3-5 days as asked but 10 days now is just ridiculous.
This games population has dwindled significantly from the last time I actively played so I would have assumed my ticket would have been resolved in he stated amount of time.
I would really like to get my previous characters back if you could please draw attention to my ticket. My current name in game is Ezind and my previous name was Ironspine.
