In the game its speculative as to what "legendary" could mean on the god of gold 10 offering spin.
Whats "legendary" are we talking yellow level 50 gear or the usual purple stuff to sell?

As a EW3 player it seems like level 50 gear but as a glu player I have to wonder what the catch is.

No if you are at a level where the offerings are giving you T9 gear then no you will not get a Godly but an Inconceivable. But as stated by Trainelu you can also get the wings which they consider a legendary item. The term "legendary" is not really speculative, it Always have ment a gold item (+ the wings).
