It has been well past two weeks since I put in my help ticket on this issue. I have had no reply other than the automated acknowledgement that the help ticket was received. How long is the typical response time for bugged account tickets such as this?
Thank you for that info trLLLLL. I had seen that post as well. It is helpful as far as it goes, but it leaves many questions unanswered. I was hoping to find something a bit more comprehensive in scope and detail.
