• It has been well past two weeks since I put in my help ticket on this issue. I have had no reply other than the automated acknowledgement that the help ticket was received. How long is the typical response time for bugged account tickets such as this?

• Thank you for that info trLLLLL. I had seen that post as well. It is helpful as far as it goes, but it leaves many questions unanswered. I was hoping to find something a bit more comprehensive in scope and detail.
