To sum it up. It's fine to crunch some numbers and investigate options. But in the end in this perticular case, Resolve is the best option regardless of level. :)

What I also would like to point out, is that it doesn't matter how many times you run something the odds will stay the same, if the IIF doesn't actually change the number of drops, but just change the quality. If there's a 0.1% chance (1 out of 1000) a certain legendary weapon drops, you will always have 1 out of 1000.…

I find it incredible that a game that forces you to have an internet connection, doesn't store your character information on the server itself. Nope, let's make the storage local to save a few bytes. If there is a 1% chance a certain item drop. With 300% IIF that will make it a whooping 3%. A rare item with 0.05% will only be 0.15% with 300%. So basically it's a very, very small increase in IIF. Unless I'm wrong of course.
