• Come on Glu, is been over a month. I have sent the ticket to support. I have posted in forums. I have tried just about every suggestion that is there and i get no reply what so ever. This is just poor customer service. When is my game going to be fixed?

• This too is the second time i have had problems with this game and glu. The first time it tool a couple of months to rectify and i got my game back. Unfortunately I was kicked out of my awesome guild because it took soo long for them to fix it I couldnt get on and the owner of guild must of thought that I wasnt playing…

• Thanks for the update, Now i have lost my game. I have lost my character, gems, whole invertory and now im back to lvl 1. I know im not the highest player but I was lvl 44, i have devoted a lot of time to this and now all for nothing. all lost and cant retrieve it so far. not even with restoring back up

• So I finally fixed this, after waiting for a possible outcome from glu, I became impatient. I decided to uninstall them game and reload it with the thought that if I lost everything then I wont return. I reinstalled the game and it found my last data, I have the game back working and I didnt lose anything. Dont know what…

• Yeah, I love the game, think it is one of the best that I found. I use the GT-P 5110 running o.s 4.2.2 everything was working fine up until 2 days ago. Was trying to upgrade , was trying to level up, was just about to hit a gem bonus for daily play.......... then nothing. Cant even log in past the front loading screen.…
