Chef Arena Daily Goals

I keep getting a daily goal to serve 31 customers in the Chef Arena but I'm unable to play any more levels there until I complete another fame tier. Is there some way to re-play those levels so I can complete the daily goal?

you should be able to play the lower levels over and over again.. my gf had that this morning, and 8 cioppinis, but I had 5 burgers and gordon on fire 4 times.. way different difficulties on the dailies there!
