Unlimited Duel Token Event

The game opens and says the unlimited token event is live and I tap on duel however it gave me several network connection errors while I am on a strong wifi signal. The duel list screen did finally open however it's been saying "Loading Battles" for more than 10 minutes now. It also shows that my rank has been reset to 1000 but it was over 1120 and I did not receive the awards I earned.
