Take the Veal and put it in the cheese station, then put the veal with cheese onto the grill, in future you can just hold onto the order bubble, and it will show you the recipe, pausing the game at the same time. Hold long enough, and there will be a step by step tutorial by Gordon Ramsay, the animated character in the game anyway =D
