Exclusive Halloween Annoyance

Hi. I know Halloween is almost over, but I'm sure similar items are planned for Thanksgiving, Christmas (hopefully there will be some Hanukkah items in there), Valentines Day, and other upcoming major holidays.
Is there going to be a way to reduce the "Exclusive Halloween Items Offers"? After just about EVERYTHING I do, it pops up. I'll be trying to tap something, there's the popup, slowing me down or forcing me to the duel shop and making me backtrack. Once every 20 activities, once every 10 activities... but not after every single thing I do. I know the items are there. I bought one pack (a waste because I didn't get what I wanted, and I'm not wasting tickets on one item). I don't need to keep seeing it every turn.
If it wasn't for the fact Halloween is over tomorrow, I'd stop playing until it was over.
