How to make room in Farm Market?

I have been trying to purchase ingredients in the chef duel shop but keep getting the message that there's no room and to "discard supplies in the farm market." I went there and discarded ingredients, put some up for sale and paid to upgrade my storage but it still says I don't have room. What am I not doing?

What is the status of your inventory? i.e. how many items do you have and what is your max. You may have been over your max to begin with. If the numbers are on the up and up, submit a ticket
