Lose my game data after new update

Hello after the new update of the game I started and I appear from 0, I appear connected to facebook but I do not start with my user google play, I do not know what to do, please help.

    I have the same problem. It takes forever to load the game and, even if i'm connected to facebook, it seems i've lost all my game data and progress. Very frustrating. I don't have any intentions to restart from the very beginning.
