Congee event for trophy event (Dragon Bowl)

Is anyone else having issues with getting the 'Congee Trophy'? Heck, I can't get far in the Dragon Bowl. For some odd reason I'm really really bad at this task, well actually I'm awful with anything to do with dragon bowl. It seems like no matter how many tasks I complete, it's never enough. I had completed 8 tasks and collected $ the progress bar never moved. I hope that moderators look into this
