Unable to play since Dubai update

Since the Dubai update I've been unable to play Ramsay Dash. All restaurants except Big Bay Burgers are stuck saying downloading and I get a network error message when trying to enter. The duel arena is also unaccessable and says downloading when trying to enter. The only thing I have been able to do is buy and sell ingredients and prep recipes.
Have tried rebooting the app, rebooting my phone etc. still no luck.

I cant play either. Oddly my cooking dash (also by glu) is stuck downloading just like you report. My Ramsey Dash just reset to the beginning asking me to start over? Customer care has not responded to either issue for me.
