Anyone else have this issue?

im preparing dishes, and the ones I need are not in the lineup. I need the fish dish, and it's not prepped are waiting when I need it. I've also upgraded the warming plate, but I don't even see it in my kitchen

Yep. The Dubai autochef is a nightmare. Needs immediate attention.

It is still a nightmare. I have customers, orders and the incorrect foods prepared. And in S & S the thing in the middle gets stuck making the rice dishes . Just keeps spinning round and round. Cannot make any dishes when it does this.
