Where's the bear?

I haven't gotten the VIP dish dropping bear appear for a couple of days. He used to be a daily bonus (while the gold-dropping octo visits about every 3 and that doesn't seem to have changed) but has been MIA for me.

I have noticed more VIP dishes dropping from the venue bonus boxes so maybe they're phasing out the bear entirely? That'd be kinda sad. Has any one seen the bear recently?

Did he, perhaps, flee the scene due to all the encroaching gourmands all over the map (10 venues now, plus chef arena)? Fun but maybe eventually detrimental to all the wildlife bonuses. #HopeNot

Ok I got bear and octopus just now. Hopefully, it has been resolved now cuz there were def several days of no-bear sightings. I'm on iOS.
