It's a permanent autochef, just as you would get if you purchased with gold instead of tickets.
Obviously, they are venue-specific and each work in slightly different ways but the chef showcase autochefs themselves are exactly the same as the gold-bought ones -- not a temporary, partial, or "lite" version. It's a great alternative acquisition method that they added recently!
