Only buy the ones you need to max out wishelin stars for whatever venue.
If you have 4 stars already for any restaurants, max it out with your outfit so that, well at least for me, I got at least one VIP meal from that restaurant every week which are quite useful for duels, or to complete whatever else you need to.
@BGen_Tan: Are you saying that if I buy the outfit for the venue which would give me my 5th star, I get VIP visits for free without having to prepare their meal to call them?
No, obtaining the 5th star will simply give you a chance to obtain that restaurant's VIP dish from its daily box (the one that contains coins and ingredients).
