Not receiving ingredients when I click on boxes

You know those little boxes you get that hover above each restaurant and give you ingredients?
Well I'll slick on them and ingredients that I've "received" will pop up but when I go to the prep kitchen it says I have no ingredients for anything.
What in the world? Is anyone having this issue? How do I get in touch with someone because Lord knows they never respond to me through the app.
