Video offer not working

When i select free gold and then select video offer, it shows no videos available right now.
But when i okay it and exit the screen, an video loads automatically and i cannot claim anything from it.
There is no internet problem, because video downloads properly, but it does not load when i click video offer, it loads after closing it.

Some are the videos where you get gold, but the ones that run without being prompted are basically the price you pay for free game play. A bit annoying at times, but I think it's a reasonable price to pay.
