Wishilin Star for duels disappears

It says earn a star by completing three duels a week at that venue which I do on a nightly basis but the next morning its gone. I literally just watched one disappear after trying to complete my third duel for the day SMH.. Also I've seen people complain about the strange times the inspector arrives, rest assured its not just the east coast... I live on the Pacific and he gets here at 3AM too.

For some reason the star for completing 3 chef duels vanishes in Big Bay Burgers. This has been going on for months. It makes me sad because it is my only restaurant that I can earn the full 5 stars. I didn't spend gold in the others to complete my uniform. I keep hoping it will get fixed in the next update. Fingers crossed this happens with the May update...
