Most Users Don't Have the New Update

How is it possible for a select few users to get an update but nothing is available in either the App Store or the Play Store?? I'm glad that there's something to look forward to (new venue is in New Zealand called Kiwi Cottage) but the majority of us can't see it in the App Store or Play Store. It's quite frustrating - we've been waiting for so long for a new venue and then we can't have it! Please give us an update!!

    I know right, on the play store it said it updated on May 4 in the US but it didn't update!!
