Recipe Rush: Cheers boost time to prepare is incorrect

Now it looks like GLU can't divide 2 hours in half. They calculated cheers boost at 1.5 hours, during the recipe rush event. Time should be 1 hour, and aren't the ingredients quantities wrong too?

    That's hilarious! It used to take 3 hours, when it was Temp Boost, so guess the timing "cut" is left over from that old code but it's still inexcusable!

    BTW, so there really is no new boost for Kiwi Cottage, just Jean's boost morphed from Temp to Cheers? I'd expected a new VIP character to be introduced for that venue, figuring that Jean's boost changed because of the easier cooking mechanics...
