Can't play certain restaurants

I haven't been able to play certain restaurants. Actually I've only been able to play Big bay burgers and lucky langustine. The others will just take my groceries and vips and Gordon stays on the screen sharpening his knives. It does the same thing with duels only duels I can play are those 2 restaurants or else it takes my duel points. I can't go in and attempt to purchase anything with tickets in the duel portion. The app will just shut down if I try. Then the videos don't take off any time after you watch them. When prepping my vips say I have 2 and I prep 3 after they finish I still have 2 instead of 5. How does that work? I've contacted support so many times and they have yet to do anything. I'm ready to say forget it. Is anyone else having those problems?
