Transfer game to a new phone

I transferred all apps to my new phone. All apps were successfully transferred with their data except for Gordon Ramsey, I went back to square 1 :( any advice on how I can restore my old game. Thanks :)

    In game help says you have to be connected to Facebook to transfer it to a new device. If you still have the old device then see if you can connect there, then connect the new device.

    For the iOS players I'm not sure why the game does not just use GC. Didn't see any mentioning of that option. Just FB I'm afraid.
