High score with no upgrades??

Hi. I have duelled a few players who have had NO upgrades, yet are scoring high. Even with boosts,how is this possible? It is misleading to dual someone with zero upgrades as I assume I will win. For example today I duelled someone in Pizza Piasan who had no upgrades...and I lost. I have 95 % food upgrades, 52% appliances and 63% decor.

Situation is described here https://ggnbb.glu.com/showthread.php?257627-Why-you-may-lose-to-ppl-with-0-upgrades. This is so called "known bug". Just be carefull when playing agains users with 0/0/0. Best way is to fight those in the rivals list and friends list. There are some players that states that Quick Duel is often maching you with better players, so it's better to choose your opponent.

Whenever I get someone with zeroes across the board I duel them as hard as I can, with the best preps for the restaurant.. I learned my lesson!
