How much does upgrading patience affect coins/tips?

Anyone ever figured out any math on how much upgrading decor that specifically affects patience/patience decay affects coins? It's a lot of gold to get all of those upgraded so I tend to do those late. (I take care of the eat speed, max/min tips ones first.)
