Tapjoy Offers- please help!

Hi everyone! Hopefully someone can help me. I completed a tapjoy offer (the postmates one) and I completed all the steps but didn't receive my reward and it's not showing up in my started offers section. I contacted customer care and they directed me to Tapjoy. The issue is that it appears you have to select the offer first to contact them but I can't do that since it's not listed. The offer was for 864 gold; which would was going to be a huge help in getting some auto-chefs. I need major help to beat sweet and savory street food. What can I do? Someone please help!!!!!
