video offers not available

I had this problem for a couple of months now, I even tried to install the game on other devices (android and iOS) but nothing, the game keeps saying that no more videos are available and to check later...! this so frustrating, this way it is very very hard to advance..! Does anyone else have this problem?

Started with me a few days ago. No videos play and if I select other offers the game freezes. Hope it sorts itself out soon.
