How to restore my progress data?

I have problem to play ramsay games, suddenly comesout ask me update aplicatin on google play. But it was failed. So next uninstall the games, but when wanna re download, the games was not available. Next, search in google, so i found it, re download , unfortunally my progress data is missing. Start from beginning😭😭😭. Felt so tired to reach 4 restaurant.. 
Tell me, how to restore my progress data?
This games not connected to my facebook, as other game.
Please help..
