game wont load

The game wont load it will play the movie sequence then the screen goes black for about 20 seconds then it exits I tried reloading the game and it still doing the same thing

    So no answer I spend 30 $ I see people that have spent 200 $ on a phone game that have received no answer this is how you do business? Keep it up there will be a new website in you dishonor

    This happens to me to... The same exact thing... After the movie clip, the screen goes black within 15-20 secs. Then the game closes... I also spent money for glu credits... Glu pls help us... Ive done your solutions in game crashing.. But all didnt work.
