My game keeps crashing after restarting

I updated zombies killed my friends to play the event. I cannot get to the second floor though my game keeps restarting. I tried restarting my device and it didn't help. The events are going to time out can anyone help me. My user id is 906BAB16-8C3E-4805-8C94-C70BAA0A6B87

    I'm having the same problem! I finally decided I would give the event a try, and after I entered the hospital & accepted the challenge from Violet, I'm unable to make it beyond the first arrow. I've restarted and still no luck. The game crashes every time. Frustrating considering its a timed event and all

    I've tried restarting my device, shut down background applications, tried airplane mode which turned off wifi and as a result the game wouldn't even launch. I also checked for software updates and there aren't any available. Still unable to play the game past the first arrow to enter the hospital hallway. Pretty lame if you ask me
