paid for credits and did not recieve them

I paid $10 for 300 flu credits monthly and have not received them. I have the receipt in my email and it even says in the play store that I'm subscribed. Also at the time of then purchase I had 6 glu credits and when I opened it up today I had one. Please fix ttis or refund my money
