When there's a lot if action on the screen it lags so bad that it stops & sometimes it even kicks you out :-)
& when it kicks you out you loose whatever items/charms you were using in the game.& they don't come back :-( & sometimes when you get "free" gems it don't give you them.&when you click on "lost gems" you get a message saying(if you use this too often they won't ...basically believe you) & they stop giving you the gems.so I'm afraid that if I keep saying the gems are missing they won't do anything about it :-( 👾
