Heros of destiny purchase stuck iphone

Hi guys, I'm having an issue where i purchased 100 gems but they were never applied. If I try to purchase again it states "this items has already been purchased but has not downloaded yet" and I can't seem to get it to download or apply. Tried rebooting the phone and shutting down / opening the app. Please help!

    Make sure you are logged in to the correct account in your app store before starting the game. this happens to people who use multiple accounts on the same device or those who log in to different app store regions.

    If this does not work, i suggest you contact iTunes support and find out if anything is wrong with your account.
