lost about 100$ ! SvZ 2

hello
i started playing svz 2 about a month ago.
then i wanted to buy 100 gems, just 100.
so i confirmed and bought, BUT it freezed.
so i tried again and again. then i was frustrated, so i added another credit card and tried again and again.
it didnt work.
but the real problem comes here:
all the tries were count as purchases and now i have to pay about 20 tries!
i already contacted glu support, they say they cant have access to itunes billings, i already contacted apple customer service, they dont answer me for 10 days now
it feels like they stole my money and nobody cares, nobody is guilty and nobody can help me.
im frustrated, and i have to pay my credit card soon
please somebody help me
