my character wass deleted

What can i doo? In first days of septembre my 78 character wass deleted with all hi head in inventary, now i try to make another one but i cant play pvp because some data remaning on acount.and now i hoppe mebe some one can doo somthing for me to i get my oldd character back.please i work to muth at this one. Tex me back please

    I doo this but i don't remember if i say the game name, is worriors 2
