Zombie ate my friends - Quest marker triangles missing, can't compete quests

Ever since the latest update all quest markers triangles no longer show up even if a quest was selected from the quest log.
Also, no longer able to complete quests despite finishing the objective. E.g. Lastest quest was to kill finch and get the key. Killed him, no change to quest status and no quest item dropped.
Restarted the episode (4), same issue.
Please help. TIA.
