Deer Hunter 2014-Region 6 Shotgun Series

It appears level 27 of the Shotgun Series is impossible to attempt. It requires a 16 capacity shotgun, none of the available shotguns can be upgraded to a 16 capacity magazine. Is this a glitch? Title is wrong, should be Region 6.

    Not a glitch. I completed it. They force you to use the Holiday Shotgun "Jolly Shot" in order to complete the Series.
