Hi I payed for some gold bars and didn't recieve them and every time I go on the game it asks my to give my iTunes password every time I do you take more money I no longer want these gold bars as I don't like your service ,I expect for you to refund me straight away ,I'd also like to add getting in touch with you is way to long winded

Thanks for your message. What you are dealing with is the iTunes Store payment processing, It is most likely not our service. It sounds like your iTunes account needs attention. Have you logged in to iTunes and reviewed your payment information or any flags they may have sent for you? This is where i would look first. Hope this helps.
