When will the network access error be fixed. This has been going on for 2 days now. What is the issue? I've seen others notify you of the issue but no response !
Yes please give some kind of response I am unable to log in also just stays on loading screen when blue bar fills up never goes to character select?? Give us so,ething

If that doesn't solve the problem for you, please submit a ticket directly to our Customer Care Team by sending us an email that includes your device information, the game name where you need help and a detailed description of the problem. Please be very specific and provide the step by step information needed to replicate the problem.
